Datchet Dashers Club Records
Dave Priddy has trawled years and years of results to gather together the best of the best: the list of best times run by club members down the years.
We hope that the list is comprehensive and accurate, but if you're reading this and thinking "I've run faster than that!", then please let us know. We'll need to know where and when you ran, so that we can verify the performance.
Recent updates
- 13th April 2008: Yvonne Olney usurped Sunita Dawett as the W45 marathon record holder with her 3:57:48 run at the FLM
- 24th April 2008: Removed Julie Humphries' records as they were not set when she was running for Datchet Dashers.
- 7th May 2008: Jo Logie took 10s off the women's 10k record at Shinfield, and Sunita Dawett took 2 minutes off the W45 record.
- 11th May 2008: the Marlow 5m provided almost an entirely new set of women's records.
- 16th May 2008: Jackie Stallwood beats Joyce Clarke's FV65 5k record by 23s
- 28th May 2008: Sunita Dawett reclaims the W45 marathon record holder with a storming 3:55:48 at Edinburgh
- 1st June 2008: Jackie Stallwood improves her own FV65 5k record by 4s on the hilly Burnham course.
- 7th July 2008: Jackie Stallwood yet again improves the FV65 5k record by another 4s at Maidenhead. Joyce Clarke sets the inaugural FV75 5k record at the same venue.
- 28th September 2008: Andy Cooney takes the MV40 half marathon record by a stonking 3 minutes.
- 20th October 2008: Andy Cooney runs 2:37:41 at Amsterdam to obliterate the MV40 club marathon record, and overtake his senior men's time; also new FV75 10k record from Joyce Clarke and FV75 record from Jackie Stallwood.
